Prepare for delivery with confidence. No matter your birth plan or medical needs, I’ll empower you to know your body like never before. I’ll guide you, your partner, or your birth support team through the body’s changes in labor, delivery, and postpartum. I will help you optimize your positioning, discuss pain management, teach you how to relax your pelvic floor, and how to breathe and push more effectively. After delivery we will meet again to discuss your birth and the necessary follow-up care.

I have additional training to work with individuals going through the menopause transition and for fertility support when you are trying to conceive.
