Prepare for delivery with confidence. No matter your birth plan or medical needs, I’ll empower you to know your body like never before. I’ll guide you, your partner, or your birth support team through the body’s changes in labor, delivery, and postpartum. I will help you optimize your positioning, discuss pain management, teach you how to relax your pelvic floor, and how to breathe and push more effectively. After delivery we will meet again to discuss your birth and the necessary follow-up care.

Physical therapy is so much more than help recovering from an injury or surgery. It’s about equipping you with the tools you need to move your body better, so you don’t have to fear a new activity or limit what you do. Not sure how physical therapy can help? Let's chat!
I have additional training in pessary fitting to help pelvic organ prolapse, working with individuals going through the menopause transition and in fertility support when you are trying to conceive.
