She intimately understands the common struggles such as hot flashes, mood swings, and weight changes, and she's here to offer targeted nutritional solutions that truly make a difference. Krista is on a mission to raise awareness and promote education around the connection between menopause wellness and nutrition. She's dedicated to breaking down myths, challenging stigma, and fostering a supportive community where women feel empowered to prioritize their health and well-being during this life phase.

Emily Caldwell, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health Specialist

Emily is the owner of Evergreen Pelvic Health & Wellness and mom to two young daughters. She specializes in helping people with their pelvic health through pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Her personalized care is centered around a holistic approach to bring her clients more confidence in their bodies, especially in midlife. Emily believes that no symptom should hold you back from enjoying life and loves to help the clients she works with eliminate incontinence, pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction, urinary urgency, painful sex, and pelvic organ prolapse. Emily loves doing community education and hopes that by building more awareness of how common these symptoms are, she can also empower people by knowing that they don’t have to live with them.
