Postpartum Pelvic Floor PT

You are my highest priority during this important season of healing. Postpartum recovery is about restoring strength, comfort, and confidence in your whole body so you can fully enjoy life with your baby.

During postpartum pelvic floor physical therapy, I perform a comprehensive, whole-body assessment to address the pelvic floor, core, hips, spine, and any other areas affected by pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. My goal is to treat the root cause of your symptoms so you can move, exercise, and care for your baby with less pain and more joy.
