Pregnancy Physical Therapy

You deserve support through every stage of your pregnancy. At Evergreen Pelvic Health & Wellness, our pregnancy physical therapy program is designed to address the changing needs of each trimester so you can stay comfortable, active, and confident as your body adapts.

As a pelvic floor physical therapist and orthopedic specialist, I treat the full body during pregnancy, including the pelvis, hips, low back, core, and pelvic floor. Pregnancy physical therapy can help relieve pain, improve mobility, and prepare your body for the physical demands of labor and delivery.

You don’t have to suffer through the common pregnancy discomforts like round ligament pain, pelvic pain, or low back pain. With individualized, one-on-one care, pregnancy physical therapy can help you find lasting relief, move with confidence, and feel supported throughout your pregnancy.

  • My birth experience was very positive, and I attribute much of my pelvic floor health and recovery to my time working with Emily. I would highly recommend her services!

  • I've seen my fair share of pelvic floor physical therapists in the Portland area, and none of them compare to Emily! I wouldn't have been able to make it through my pregnancy without her support.

  • I saw Emily during the second half of my pregnancy for pelvic pain and preparation for birth. She was excellent and provided amazing care.
